Bayer CropScience sees development of market in Poland

Bayer CropScience is the leading crop protection company in the Polish Market on the basis of its close alignment with customer and business requirements.
The Head of Bayer CropScience Poland and Baltics, Peter Eilers, explained the importance of innovation as focal part of the strategy: “Over the next three years they are planning to launch on average 2 new products every year.” Eilers highlighted that Bayer CropScience Poland is starting a new product launch program in 2005 drawing on the strong global R&D Pipeline of Bayer CropScience. He added: “They expect that by 2010 their new products and formulations will represent about 60 % of turnover in Poland.”
Eilers said that the goal of Bayer CropScience is to be regarded as the reference company in innovative products, technology and services. “They have a very good product pipeline and the company is investing in innovative solutions for agriculture. Products they are continuously launching in the Polish and Baltic markets are modern solutions which help farmers to improve the productivity and quality of their crops.”
