Vibrant Gujarat Global Investor's Summit 2007 is going to be held at Ahmedabad on January 12 and 13.
The business meet will mainly focus on 33 special economic zones (SEZs) which are approved by Central Government.
In this meet, representatives from US, Japan, China, Singapore, South Korea, Israel, Italy and leading domestic enterprises will participate.
Out of the 33 SEZ, 600-hectare SEZ at Kandla, 80 hectares of land at Sachin and a 50-hectare SEZ at Vanj for apparel manufacturing have started operations.
The State Government has also decided to set up a "Vibrant Gujarat Trade Centre" in Gandhinagar.
This trade centre would be set up with private participation and land for the centre would be available at market rate in sector 11 of Gandhinagar.
