Delhi HC approves Scheme of Amalgamation of Spentex Industries

Spentex Industries Ltd has informed BSE that Hon'ble High Court, Delhi has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation filled by the Company under section 391 read with section 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 for amalgamation of Indorama Textiles Ltd (IRTL) with the Company.
Pursuant to scheme of amalgamation the appointed date is April 01, 2006 and accordingly the entire business and whole of undertaking of IRTL shall be merged with the Company.
