INNOVATION in Textiles and Apparel by Euratex in May

European Apparel and Textile Organisation (EURATEX) are pleased to announce an important event devoted to Innovation in Textiles and Apparel on Thursday May 31st 2007 in Brussels from 9.30 a.m.
A range of industry and Commission speakers are scheduled to describe their own experiences and showcase their innovations in the fields of technical textiles, unorthodox approaches to textile innovation and marketing, and exciting potential new uses for textile fibres and materials.
This event will be preceded on May 30th by a full-day public workshop which will detail progress achieved by the Technology Platform in its Horizontal Task Groups on: - Innovation Financing (incl. results of NetFinTex project) - Education - Innovation and Standards (results of a recent industry survey) - Innovation Management (incl. final results of the WebTexpert Project)
