What is the relationship between regime sovereignty/domestic policy autonomy on the one hand and trade efficiency and liberalisation on the other:
(a) what can/should be done to make this relationship stable and manageable?,
(b) what does the sovereignty-efficiency trade-off presage for cooperation global economic management in particular and indeed the future of the contemporary global order overall?, and
(c) will a shift towards bilateralism weaken the dispute settlement capability of the WTO?
