Companies pay penalty for infringing Adidas logo

The two companies from Shanghai, Aidanu Sports Co Ltd and its franchise store Obufa Garment Co Ltd had used Adidas trademark and logo in promotion of their product without any approval from the US based sports shoe comapny.

The two companies have agreed to pay a US $25,000, to German-based Adidas-Salomon AG as a penalty. The judgment was made by Huangpu District People's Court.
