In addition to the Hyperlayer high speed crosslapper Dilo has its own newly developed horizontal crosslapper type DiloLayer which is designed to perform with a speed range between 75 and 160 m/min. The DiloLayer is a standard universal crosslapper to process webs of any fibre material including man-made organic, inorganic and also natural fibres. The DiloLayer is available for card widthes between 1 and 3.5 m and has layering widths of up to 10 m.
