On February 10, 2007, Vishal Retail Limited opened Vishal Mega Mart in Jammu for first time.
Company has about 50 stores situated at 37 locations and has retail area of 1,240,348 square feet.
Mall offers garment, household products and FMCG at 15 to 20 percent less than other garment labels.
It targets middle class segment and provide them full value-for-money without affecting quality of products.
According to sources, company is expecting turnover of Rs625 crore in financial year 2006-2007 and has already posted turnover of Rs288 crore in 2005-2006.
