GHCL Ltd, which specializes in manufacturing of industrial chemicals and textiles and caters their products in both the domestic and international markets, has acquired US-based Best Manufacturing Group (BMG) for $ 35 million.
BMG, with annual turnover of $160 million is one of the leading manufacturers and distributors of home textiles and apparel along with some other related items in US.
The headquarters of BMG is in New Jersey with factories located in Canada, Mexico and Asia. The company has two manufacturing plants, one each in Combodia and Mexico, along with eight warehouses across USA.
This acquisition will surely strengthen the market share of GHCL in US.
