The Welspun Group had acquired 85 percent interest in UK towel brand, Christy in July 2006.
Christy is proposing to shift its manufacturing plant to Welspun group
Christy plans to close its dyehouse and making-up departments and plans to transfer machinery to specially designed site at Welspun''s Anjar facility in Kutch over six months.
