The congress was well attended by150 delegates from various countries including India, Pakistan , Sri Lanka, Hong Kong, China, Australia, UK, Italy, Germany, USA, Spain, Mauritius, France, Singapore, etc., all representing some of the most renowned textile manufacturers and retailers in their respective countries. Some of the major companies from India included Vardhman, Impulse, Indorama, Madura, Arvind Mills, Mafatlal, Uni Style Image, Pearl Academy of Fashion, National Institute of Design, ICICI bank, etc.
Mr. Ranjan Mahtani, principal sponsor of ITAC and Chairman of the Epic Group, warmly welcomed the honored delegates to ITAC 2007 while Mr. Sun Ruizhe, Vice-Chairman of CNTAC and President of CTIC, China, inaugurated Technopak's strategic think piece “Global Textile and Apparel Industry - Vision 2015.”
