Recently, Bbyy brand, a famous children clothing brand in China entered in a trademark wrangle.
Last year, their trademark agent informed them that a company from Wenzhou registered Bbyy brand for their clothing and shoes products in 2003 and another enterprise from the city did the same for their baby products in 2004.
Bbyy Company filed a case against these 2 companies, and handed over their application documents to State Trademark General Bureau.
Further, to protect their own trademark, officials from the company said they would register all their products like clothing, household articles to avoid trademark infringements.
