Cotton prices continued an upward trend, with rates jumping to Rs2675 per maund and then reaching Rs2725 on July 9. Thus, prices have not yet reached the point of stability.
According to Karachi Cotton Association (KCA), for most part of June the cotton price stood steady at Rs2600 per maund.
