DyStar acquires remaining Boehme Filatex shares

DyStar, a leading supplier of products and services for the textile industry, has signed an agreement to acquire the remaining 25 percent of shares in Boehme Filatex Inc based in Reidsville, USA.

It has held 75 per cent of the shares in this company since acquiring Boehme in August 2006.

The acquisition of the remaining shares is an important milestone in DyStar's drive to strengthen its market position as the premier textile solutions provider in North America.
