The Board of Directors of Reliance Petroleum Limited ('RPL') approved the appointment of Mr. Mike Warwick as a director of the company.
An oil industry veteran, Mr. Warwick has over three decades of experience in various markets across the globe.
He retired last year as CEO of Shell Trading the vehicle responsible for the global trading activities of the Shell group in Oil, Gas, Power and Chemicals and the world's largest physical trader in crude oil and refined products.
A notice to this effect has already been sent to the Stock Exchanges.
