In June 2007, households consumption expenditure in manufactured goods increased by 1.6 %, in previous year price chain-linked volumes, after -1.0% in May, revised by -0.2 point (trading days and seasonnaly adjusted figures).
Expenditure in durables hardly moved (+0.1% after +2.1%) : household consumption in equipment goods kept on increasing (+2.7 % after +2.1 %) but car purchases went down (-2.7% after +2.1%).

Consumption expenditure in textile-leather recovered from the dip that occurred in May (+8.3% after -10%).
Finally, household consumption in other manufactured goods stagnated in June (-0.1 % after +0.8 %).
On the second quarter of 2007, households consumption expenditure in manufactured goods increased slightly (+0.1% after +1.2%).
