Planalytics announced the promotions of Scott Bernhardt to the role of Chief Operating Officer and Derron Simon to that of Chief Technology Officer. These promotions reflect the significant contributions both individuals have made to the company's growth in recent years.
For the last several years, Scott Bernhardt has served the role of senior vice president of business development for the company's retail and manufacturing divisions. During that time, he has successfully expanded the business to its current position of global leadership in the industry.
As Chief Operating Officer, Bernhardt will oversee all Field activities for world-wide operations. Prior to his tenure at Planalytics, Mr. Bernhardt held senior positions at Retek, Inc. (now part of Oracle) and Comshare Inc. Scott has over 17 years of experience in the retail technology industry.
Derron Simon joined Planalytics in 2005 as vice president of product development bringing over 13 years of experience in the Internet industry. Since 2005, Derron has effectively doubled productivity of the organization while improving product prioritization and scheduling.
As Chief Technology Officer, Simon will oversee company-wide technology operations and product development efforts. Prior to joining Planalytics, Derron Simon was the Chief Technology Officer for Ecount, a Citi company.
