By the completely new designed vertical solvent tanks with a round top and overflow at the crest, the tank unit can be supplemented by tank elements for an optimum adjustment to the application. The optimally designed bottom geometry allows for complete pumping off, as well as an excellent rinsing of the tanks, which practically avoids deposit of dirt.
The cage unit is mounted on a spring damper system in order to reduce to a minimum the high dynamic forces onto the substructure, that come up during the extraction process. This design reduces dynamic forces by approx. 85-90%.
Special emphasis was put on the optimum accessibility of the large surface lint filter at the cage unit and the drying unit. Thus, soiling of the refrigeration battery and the recovery section is almost impossible.
With the InduLine the drying system SuperDry PDS+ and the consequent use of refrigeration technology was realized with an industrial machine for the first time. The optimized air flow of the recovery section of the drying system SuperDry PDS+ is used analogous to the PremiumLine series.
By the combination with the patented dynamic cage perforation in the shell of the cage and the perforation in the cage back plate, an diagonal flow of the drying air through the interior and the garments - optimal for drying - is reached also in the depth of the cage.
The rugged and capacity controlled refrigeration unit with two reciprocating compressors is located below the recovery section. Thus, a fast, cost-effective and very low-noise drying process is guaranteed.
