Ever since it was released in June 2006, the Texbrasil Guide has recorded more than one million visits over a one year period. There has been a monthly average of 85 thousand page views, which corresponds to 21% of the overall total for the ABIT/Texbrasil site. However, some months, the Guide exceeded 120 thousand visits.
The Texbrasil Guide is the largest registry for the Brazilian textile sector: there are 25 thousand registered companies, eight thousand of which are international. It is the most complete sector information search engine where the user can find data about the sector's entire productive chain in Brazil, as well as thousands of pieces of international information. Access is completely free over the Internet.
The tool's main purpose is to facilitate the professional relationship among manufacturers, buyers, service providers, textile sector entities and machine, equipment and raw material suppliers, making business operations possible.
Upon registering in the Texbrasil Guide, the user will have greater speed to develop new customers, partners and suppliers, access to the entire textile and apparel sector productive chain, access to national and international buyers, receive informative bulletins about the textile and apparel market and carry out easier and faster searches.
With the objective of making registry data and information about the textile and apparel industries and their products available at different levels, the Guide permits the selected identification of companies through a facilitating search and research system: country, state, company, product and NCM.
