Johnson Service Group PLC, the textile services and facilities management Group announces that Jim Wilkinson, Group Finance Director since September 2004, will leave the business at the end of August 2007.
Yvonne Monaghan, age 49, will succeed him as Group Finance Director. Yvonne is currently Company Secretary and Financial Controller and joined the Group in 1984 after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte Haskins and Sells.
Johnson Service Group PLC confirms that there are no other details which require to be disclosed under paragraph 9.6.13(2)-(6) of the Listing Rules.
