Product Features
1. Seat backrests made of ELK are approximately 20% lighter in weight than traditional foamed polyurethane on a cubic volume basis.
2. The surface of the seat backrest is made of a 3-dimentional composite structure comprising ELK and Teijin's Solotex poly trimethylene terephthalate (PTT) fiber, a combination that enhances passenger comfort.
3. Durability and elasticity are achieved by ELK's flexible, fistulous cubic structure.
4. This same cubic structure is air-permeable, so that seats made of ELK efficiently draw moisture away from passengers, further enhancing comfort.
5. Because ELK is polyester, N700 Series backrests can be recycled through Teijin's closed-loop recycling system, "ECO CIRCLE".
