Collection "Froissé-noue"
The curtain materials from this latest collection by Lily Latifi are designed specifically for each interior and are all exclusively in Trevira CS.
The transparent or translucent fabrics are pleated (Bamboo, voiles plisses), crushed (froissé, noue), or manufactured using the laser cut process, as for example, the article "Sasha", with its bear motifs. There are a variety of possible ways to secure the curtains; or they can also be produced as fabric panels or roller blinds for instance.
The translucent fabric panels are likewise made to meet customers' individual needs. Dubbed "translucent view filters", the panels are well suited for use as window dressings, room dividers or as projection fabrics, both in the private and contract sectors.
The picturesque designs such as "voie lactée"(milk way), "lucioles" (glow worms), "gouttes de pluie" (raindrops) and "nuage de fleurs" (flower clouds) are all produced using the laser cut process.
For her roller blind designs Lily Latifi has sought inspiration from the architecture of the Middle East, her perforated designs reflecting style of oriental windows. The curved openings let in light, yet protect against the heat.
The "tendre" fabric incorporates a similar effect, making it very suitable for event rooms where direct light needs to be at times excluded.
The design of the lower half of the blind permits varying degrees of light exclusion. It is also possible to arrangeseveral blinds in a continuous design along a complete window, creating interesting graphic rhythms along the glass. The blinds are produced individually to customer wishes and are available in each format from the translucent fabric collection.
