New and further developments in textile and clothingmachinery will be the focus, among other things, at ITMA 2007 in Munich from 13 to 20 September.
In addition, there will also be information about novelties in the comprehensive service offers of machinery manufacturers for visitors from fibre producers, textile and clothing companies.
Tele-diagnosis is becoming increasingly more significant for modern textile machinery, for example, via the Internet. This makes it possible to find machinery problems rapidly, which enables repairs at lower costs.
In addition, globally active textile machinery manufacturers are expanding their spare part service to ensure faster supply of spare parts to customers and consequently prevent expensive machinery outages.
In addition to the availability of textile machinery, the areas of drive, compressed air and air conditioning technologies as well as transport, handling and packing are playing an important role in textile operations for optimal structuring of production conditions.
More than 100 companies from these segments will exhibit their latest developments to international trade professionals at ITMA 2007.
Numerous textile machinery associations will also be present in Munich. In the Association Center in the East Entrance area, member associations of CEMATEX as well as eight other national associations will provide information about their service offers for trade fair visitors.
