The consumer price index for Ku-area of Tokyo in August 2007 was 100.4(2005=100), up 0.5% from the previous month, and down 0.2% over the previous year.
The consumer price index for Japan in July 2007 was 100.1(2005=100), down 0.1% from the previous month, and as the same level over the previous year.
The August consumer price index of clothes and footwear in Ku-area of Tokyo was 95.7, down 1.6 percent compared to previous month. Compared to last year, the index has fallen by 1.4 percent.
