It can be shown that the increase of machine production lowers the specific costs per kg end product. Top performance systems reduce space needed, power consumed, maintenance necessary. In parallel Rieter can demonstrate that the quality level not only has been obtained but further improved.
Rieter at ITMA 2007 – Munich - Top performance to produce short staple yarns: Rieter will exhibit in Munich numerous innovations for short staple fibre spinning with a focus on energy savings in hall A 6 on booth 417.
Highlights are the new ring spinning machine G 35, the new compact spinning machine K 45, the new SB 20 double head and the single head SB D 11 draw frames, the new comber generation E 66 / E 76 together with the new OMEGAlap combing preparation. New versions and improvements are presented of the card C 60 with new integrated drafting module and the rotor spinning machine R 40. Yarns, fabrics and final products from COM4 compact yarn, ComfoRo rotor yarn and Rotona rotor core yarn demonstrate Rieter's expertise as a systems supplier.
Top performance in nonwovens - Rieter will present a new meltblown technology, new JETlace Essentiel spunlace system for lightweight products and SPUNjet the innovative online combination of spunlaid and spunlace technologies for new nonwovens properties. Rieter the leading spunlace supplier offers complete systems together with NSC nonwoven. They will present their innovations on a common booth in Hall A3 Nr.119/320.
Top performance in technology components - Graf, Bräcker, Novibra and Suessen are world market leaders for components for ring spinning and rotor spinning.
With their common market approach these medium-sized and flexible companies form important global partners for spinning mills and OEM's. Graf will show new products for the nonwovens industry, Bräcker will present the new ring assembly group, Novibra will show latest high performance spindles and Suessen the completion of the HP-GX weighting arm family and the Profile rotor parts.
Graf, Bräcker, Gretener, Novibra and Suessen are on a common booth in hall A 6 booth 315/414. Graf has also an extra booth in hall A3 307 in the matter for nonwovens and raising fillets (finishing).
