The Supervisory Board of Royal Ten Cate has taken cognizance of the fact that Mr L. de Vries, the present Chairman of the Executive Board, has been named in a investigation by the Public Prosecutor.
Both the Supervisory Board and the company will refrain from substantive comment with regard to this investigation and any possible further developments in this matter.
The Supervisory Board wishes to express its confidence in Mr L. de Vries as Chairman of the Executive Board.
