Minaxi Textiles Ltd has informed that the members at the 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2007, inter alia, have accorded to the following: 1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2007 and Profit and Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2007 and the Cash Flow Statement as on that date and the Directors' Report and the Auditors' Report thereon.
2. Declaration of final dividend @ 7% i.e. Rs 0.070 per equity share of Rs 1/- each for the year ended on March 31, 2007.
3. Re-appointment of Shri. Maneesh S Bhardwaj, Shri. Bharat P Patel & Shri. Rajnikant I Patel as Directors of the Company.
4. Appointment of M/s. R R S & Associates., Chartered Accountants as Auditors of the Company from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting of the Company until the conclusion the next Annual General Meeting of the Company on remuneration, terms & conditions.
