Cotton Australia (formerly the Australian Cotton Foundation) was established in 1972 to support Australia's cotton farmers and to represent their interests. In the early days, it was largely a public relations company that was involved in lobbying and managing the media. The organisation is very different to what it was in 1972. It is a dynamic company working in a number of program areas including Grower Services, Policy and Legislation and Communication.
