October 30, Reach & Touch, a creative fashion event initiated by China National Textile and Apparel Council and collaborated by a dozen of associations and institutions, kicked off in Shanghai Pudong Expo. The event will last until November 1st.
The China Textile Network Company (short as CNTEX), sponsored by China National Textile & Apparel Council (CNTAC) and China Textile Information Center (CTIC), established in 1997.
