The ICA Board of Directors has reconfirmed that all ICA Technical Arbitrators and Technical Appeal Committee members must have taken, and passed, the ICA Basic Level (1) Examination by 31st December 2007.
Any ICA Technical Arbitrators or Technical Appeal Committee Members that have not taken and passed the course by that date will be unable to accept any appointments as ICA Technical Arbitrators or Appeal Committee Members, from 1st January 2008.
