Barclays Plc has informed Rieter Holding Ltd, Winterthur, that it currently holds 223'640 registered shares in Rieter Holding Ltd.
This is equivalent to 5.02% of the total voting rights. According to the notification by Barclays Plc the limit of 5 percent of the voting rights was exceeded on October 30, 2007.
Rieter is a global manufacturer of systems and services to the textile, automotive and plastics industries.
