Mr Mark Schumacher, Emerson & President of Field bus Foundation, in his Key note Address said that industry faces a dynamic global business issues and automation can provide the insight to move Plants to a new level of competitiveness; deploying digital technologies. He also spoke about foundation field bus turbo charges.
Then Mr Michael J Harsh of GE Corporation in his Theme Address spoke about technology across GE and its technology investment in India. He also spoke on establishing foothold in emerging technologies, spreading technology across the business through biosciences, materials and modules, etc. He then explained about global market trends and technology leadership – devices to solutions.
Mr Alan McCartney from Omni Flow computers Inc. in his address spoke about future trends in the field of technology, systems and automation.
Mr. Vishnu Prakash, President, ISA (D) and Member, CII Instrumentation Division welcomed the participants and highlighted the various activities being organized concurrently with the exhibition.
