The country has logistical and transportation infrastructure that includes modern seaports and airports and a highly developed road network. Israel's rail freight network currently connects to the seaports of Ashdod and Haifa and to Ben Gurion airport as well.
The objectives of the Event:
One major objective of the International Logistics & Transportation Conference & Exhibition is to enable both local and foreign investors in transportation and logistics to identify opportunities in Israel.
An additional aim is to help Israeli forwarding companies strengthen existing relationships and establish new business opportunities and partnerships abroad. They will be able to invite their foreign counterparts to come and discover expanding logistics infrastructure.
The Exhibitors:
Not only will the ports, forwarding agents and a whole host of service suppliers be exhibiting at their own pavilions; many will also be making special presentations and holding their own seminars and workshops.
Exhibitors will include forwarding agencies, ports authorities, shipping companies, cargo airlines, warehouse operators, customs clearance agents, foreign trade risk insurers, banks, packaging and security companies.
The Guests of Honor at the Conference will be key influencers on the global logistics industry; some of whom will address the conference. The event will be inaugurated by the Minister of Transportation and other major participants.
