Statistics provided by Karachi Cotton Association (KCA) show that cotton prices remained stable in the end of November. Continuous oscillations in prices are confusing growers as well as downstream manufacturers.
Cotton prices stayed steady at around 3,075 per mound in the last week of November as well as in the first few days of December. However, on 5 and 6 of this month these rates surged at 3,100 per mound. Today, the cotton prices again took a U-turn and plunged to 3050 per mound.
