Mr Frequin as Gamma Holding Executive Board member

After the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Gamma Holding N.V., held on 13 December 2007, the Supervisory Board appointed Mr M. Frequin MBA (47) as member of the Executive Board.
Furthermore the General Meeting of Shareholders decided to cancel 240,570 ordinary participating preference shares with a value of EUR 2.50 per share. Cancellation of these shares causes the issued capital of Gamma Holding to decrease by EUR 601,435.
Gamma Holding develops, manufactures and sells innovative, high-quality textile-based products throughout the world. In 41 countries, approximately 6,700 employees are active.
