Finally there is the installation of the finished product. This task has been simplified massively by the simple steps Louvolite has determined as best practice which dictates the procedure.
Over recent months Louvolite has been running training courses for its manufacturing customers and other associated businesses involved in the survey and installation of Louvolite Perfect Fit blinds to windows, doors and conservatories.
Attendees who commit to the Accreditation Programme receive full training in the survey and installation of Perfect Fit products, with particular emphasis being placed on supplying to conservatory roof systems and those awkward non-rectangular shaped skylights.
First they are shown the survey techniques, then order processing, then the manufacture of the product and finally the fitting. Each attendee has to measure and install a non-rectangular roof skylight in addition to assisting with the frame manufacture.
Many customers subscribe to the additional great value leaflet drop which Louvolite arranges to support that company's introduction of Perfect Fit. In this operation Perfect Fit leaflets, overprinted with the relevant customer details, are delivered to consumer's homes in post codes which are local to the accredited customers trading area. This has been an incredible success with the leaflet drop programme securing well over 1,000,000 leaflets to date and still growing.
The Accreditation Programme is topped off by a press release being sent to the customer's local newspaper accompanied by a photograph of the customer receiving their accreditation certificate and wearing their Perfect Fit Accredited badge of honour.
