CCI will host a series of three seminars in Istanbul targeting cotton spinners, weavers, knitters and garment manufacturers on the concept and process to incorporate lean manufacturing into their companies.
These seminars are designed to stimulate management to think about ways to change their corporate planning and eliminate waste, thereby improving margins.
