In December, the total export of goods amounted to SKK 1080.2 billion; there was a year-on-year rise of 9.2%. The total import of goods increased by 6.9 % to SKK 117.7 billion.
The passive foreign trade balance amounted to SKK 9,5 billion (it was down SKK 1,5 billion as compared to December 2006).
Over 2007, compared to 2006, the total export of goods increased by 15% to SKK 1 418.4 billion (EUR 42 billion) and the total import by 9.9% to SKK 1 438.1 billion (EUR 42.6 billion).
The passive foreign trade balance amounted to SKK 19.7 billion (it was down SKK 55.6 billion compared to 2006).
