A recent report from Hoa Tho Textile & Garment Joint Stock Company (Hotexco), shows that, its earnings has reached US $6.29 million in the month of January, representing a year–on–year growth of 57.81 percent and accounting for 9.15 percent of 2008 target.
Located in the Da Nang city, the company is engaged in fibre production, garment and fashion trading.
In the first month's total revenue, the garment products contributed $5.18 million garnering a year–on–year boost of over 57 percent, followed by fibre at $0.84 million, up 25.5 percent and fashion trading totaled $0.11 million.
So far, leading international companies like Puma, Nike, Haggar, Target, Perrry Ellis have been sourcing jackets, shirts, T-shirts, polo-shirts and trousers manufactured by Hotexco.
