DuPont has been named "Super Company 2008" -- one of the best places to work -- in Mexico for the seventh consecutive year by Expansion business magazine and the Top Companies consulting firm.
On the overall list, DuPont ranked 17th, up six places from last year. DuPont also ranked sixth on the "Tools for Work" list; ninth on the working environment list; 11th for policies and procedures; and, 13th in the employee communications category.
The ranking was based on a survey conducted among 220,000 employees from 407 companies in 164 cities in Mexico. Topics including opportunities, evaluations, working hours and salaries were evaluated by the Top Companies firm and audited by PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
