Travel retailer Nuance to decide North American expansion

Leading travel retailer The Nuance Group is busy to operate 330 shops at 55 airports in 18 countries and providing 4,700 full-time jobs (for 5,300 employees). The company is jointly owned by the Italian shareholders GECOS/Gruppo PAM and Stefanel. Nuance has had an eventful history since the company was established in 1992. What started out as the amalgamation of the duty-free operations of Swissair and Crossair has grown to become the world's largest airport retailer and the global number one in duty-free sales.
