PTTCH's Board of Directors at the meeting No. 7/2551 held on September 23, 2008 has resolved to elect Mr. Veerasak Kositpaisal to be a director and appoint Mr. Veerasak Kositpaisal to be President & CEO, according to the Nomination Committee's recommendation, effective from October 1, 2008 onwards.
