In a second step, after the successful implementation of the recommendations given in the screening report, Synnix will integrate the bluesign standard in its manufacturing site to proactively manage all environmental aspects from the very beginning.
The bluesign screening includes a detailed on-site evaluation of the environmental, resource and workplace situation of the textile manufacturing sites according to the five principles of the bluesign standard including resource productivity, consumer safety, air emission, water emission and occupational health and safety. It indicates resource saving and cost saving potentials compared to "Best Available Technology".
