The finish is applied on Montforts' special MXL continuous moist crosslinking equipment, which combines the advantages of continuous – and therefore time-saving – processing, with easier process control and improved fabric protection through minimized risk of overdrying.
Ciba KNITTEX FA conc. can be applied in conjunction with other treatments, such as durable freshness effects produced with CIBATEX OC-CLD, which are enhanced by fabric laundering. Other compatible finishes include moisture management with Ciba ULTRAPHIL products, softening with Ciba ULTRATEX silicone elastomers and Ciba TURPEX softeners, and whitening with Ciba UVITEX optical brighteners.
