MEGlobal, the biggest worldwide producer of Monoethylene Glycol (MEG), has recently announced the Asian Contract Price (ACP) for arrivals in June, which stands at US $630 per MT CFR Asian main ports.

It may be recalled that the MEG ACP prices released for arrivals in May by MEGlobal stood at $600 per ton, which means an increase of $30 per ton in prices for deliveries in the month of June.

MEGlobal is a joint venture between US Dow Chemical and Kuwait's Petrochemical Industries Company and is the biggest worldwide producer of MEG. Shell has also increased its MEG CFR Asia prices by $40 to $620 per ton for June deliveries.
