Dow increases prices for Emulsion Polymer based products

Effective July 1, 2009, or as contract terms permit,Dow Emulsion Polymers, a business unit of The Dow Chemical Company and its affiliates including Dow Europe GmbH, is increasing prices on all styrene butadiene and styrene acrylate latex based products sold by its Emulsion Polymers business into the paper & paperboard, carpet and performance latex industries by 60 Euro/MT (dry) in Europe, India, Middle East and Africa.
This price increase is critical to help offset the continuous rise in costs of energy and of raw material needed to manufacture our products.
