Sliver funnels at draw frames - easy & effective modernized

With the technically simple and effective modernization SWIVELplate EVO the effectiveness of older draw frame generations would be held on highest level of production. The small investment amortizes within shortest time due to simple maintenance, user-friendliness and avoidance of damage on the basis of inappropriate handling.
The SWIVELplate EVO adopts the operational principle of the swivelled sliver funnel plate of the current draw frame generation RSB-D 40. In detail, the construction was however customized to the needs of a retrofit kit for the predecessor draw frame models. This clever solution is available as retrofit for the draw frames SB-D 10, SB-D 15, RSB-D 30, RSB-D 30c, RSB-D 35 and RSB-D 35c (without USTER SLIVERalarm).
Heart of the SWIVELplate EVO is the swivelling mid-section of the sliver funnel plate, which improves the accessibility and security. An integrated locking mechanism defines the swivelling range of the mid-section and prevents inadvertent folding back. The simple installation of the new sliver funnel plate can be done in shortest time by an in-house mechanic.
