The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) - southern region is going to conduct two important conferences - Textiles Forum - Emerging Opportunities...the Road Ahead, and Organised Retail: Opportunities in Andhra Pradesh - in Hyderabad in the last week of this November.
Conference on textiles would consider strategies for the textile industry to cope with global challenges, cashing on the natural skills and rising opportunities. It will be organized in association with the Andhra Pradesh government on November 24-25.
For the first time CII-SR is conducting a one-day conference on the retail industry with the expectation that retail industry should develop fast along with the growth in population and increased jobs opportunities in the city.
The conference on 'Organised Retail: Opportunities in Andhra Pradesh' will discuss the global picture in the retail industry in comparison with India and find opportunities in tier-II cities.
The conference, to be held on November 29, will dicsuss opportunities and challenges in the organised retail industry in Andhra Pradesh and understand the way ahead.
The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII)-southern region also organized a road show on Excon 2005 - an international exhibition-cum-conference on 'Construction Equipment and Technologies', to be held at Bangalore between November 30 and December 4.
The five-day exhibition will display a wide range of equipment, technology and products for Indian customers exclusively on effectiveness, output and safety.
