Arkema will implement, on June 1st, 2010, or as contracts allow, a price increase on organic peroxides used in the unsaturated polyester applications in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
This is necessary to offset raw material cost increases.
The price increase will vary from 5 % to 15% depending on the peroxide grades as follows:
- Luperox K1G series, Luperox K2 series, will increase between 10% to 15%
- Luperox K3 and Luperox Z series will increase between 5% to 10%,
- Luperox P and DP series will increase by 10%.
- Luperox ANS 50G will increase by 10%
