Textile firm Bombay Dyeing and Manufacturing Company informed that the company has filed an Industrial Enterpreneur Memorandum (IEM) with the government.
The company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it has filed an IEM with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry for setting up a textile processing unit at Pune.
The company has two main streams of business. Textile is a dominant activity for which the company has advanced facilities.
